System Safe-Guard ™ Maintenance Plan

System Safe-Guard® Maintenance Plan

Stewart Heat & Air offers a quarterly and/or bi-yearly Preventative Maintenance System Safe-Guard® Maintenance Plan. The Plan includes:

• Equally intervaled inspections yearly by a qualified mechanic.
• Report of equipment condition after each maintenance.
• Any additional services included in any attachments to the agreement.
• Preferred Customer 10% discount on our regular rate, parts, and refrigerant (excludes installations).
• No overtime charge.

Base charges are as follows:

One unit, Twice a year: $180.00
Each additional unit: $140.00
If 15 miles west or north of Lewisville, or 15 miles north or east of Winston-Salem add $20.00.

We will gladly perform Preventative Maintenance on your unit without a Maintenance Plan as well!
